This plan is for students who want to consult our tutors occasionally. This is a live online session that lasts 20 minutes. The teacher and the student jointly solve problems using the PC headphones and Whiteboard. Such sessions have to be pre-arranged with us in advance.

If you are planning to set up a 20 minute session for the first time, we will email you links to download our FREE audio and whiteboard software along with installation instructions. In case you have problems installing our software, you can call us toll free 1-800-622-1418 and we will help you install the software at no additional charge.

Once the software is installed successfully, we will set up the online tutoring session at your convenient date and time. At the appointed time, you can login to our whiteboard session and our tutor will welcome you in. This is a one-on-one session and you are directly speaking with our tutor via your PC headphones.

You will be able to ‘see’ on your computer monitor what the tutor is writing. In addition to talking live with our tutor, you can also send text messages by typing into the text message box that is provided with our whiteboard software.

If there is a specific homework problem you want help with, we encourage you email the assignment in advance to: educator@click2tutor.com. This way, during the live tutoring session the teacher will be ready to help you with your specific questions.

This is how the process works:

Once you purchase a 20 minute session, our representative will contact you to pre-schedule a convenient date and time (which suits you) for a session. At the same time, you will be emailed links to download our FREE audio and whiteboard software.

In case you have problems installing the software on your computer, you can call us toll free and we shall help you install at no extra charge. After the install, you will be given a user id and password.

If this is first time, we will arrange a short demo session to familiarize you with the functionality of our whiteboard and audio software. This demo session is absolutely FREE and does not cost you anything.

After this you are set up for the online session and you can connect with our tutor at the scheduled date and time. It is that simple!
